I made two different recipes tonight in what seemed like an endless journey for the perfect pizza dough and both were winners! Yeast and salt in a food processor. Great flavor and the crust was perfect.

Mix And Knead Together All Of The Dough Ingredients — By Hand, Mixer, Or Bread Machine — Using Just Enough Water To Make A Very Soft, Smooth Dough;


In the bread pan of an electric bread machine, combine (in this order) the warm water, olive oil, salt, flour and yeast. 2 cups (280 g) pizza flour; Let dough rest 5 to 30 minutes before using;

Roll Or Stretch Dough Out Into A Thin Crust About 14 Inches In Diameter, Leaving Dough Thick At The Edge.


Make a batch of our white sourdough, following the recipe to the end of step 10. Great flavor and the crust was perfect. 2¾ cups/390 grams bread flour;
